In this section of scripture, we realize that Jesus' time with the disciples is short, and He still has much to share with them before He ascends. But once again, as several of the disciples are fishing, Jesus hides His identity from them... It was because He had a teachable moment for them, anchoring them to their mission to go out into the world and share the Good News. Jesus instructed them to "feed His sheep, and then His lambs..." We have the luxury in this point in history to read The Word and know what happened. What can God reveal to us in this story—as He did for the disciples?
