In episode 3 Class 12th Business Studies we will learn about the objectives of Management. There are three types of objectives of Management. 1 ) Organisational Objectives.- These Objectives aim at prosperity and growth of the organisation. Three main organisational objectives are survival profit and growth. 2) Social Objectives - Social Objectives of the organisation deal with the commitment of organisation towards the society . Business Organisations are part of society . They earn by using the resources of society . So they must do something for society also. 3) Personal Objectives.- Individual Objectives are related to the employees of the organisation. As employees are most important resources & satisfied and motivating employees contribute maximum for the organisation.
