Ebony Escalona and Cal Major are two people who need little introduction here. Ebs is the mastermind and architect behind the Vets: Stay Go Diversify group that so many vets, nurses and students have joined these days, and Cal is an activist and stand up paddle boarder who founded her campaign, Paddle Against Plastic to raise awareness of plastic pollution in the seas and rivers of the UK. They’re both veterinary surgeons and here they’re talking about community, and its myriad roles in their work.
