We hear about Russ' journey, from the beginning through the present. Russ has an amazing journey starting 13 years ago, including his latest experience competing at the Pans under the Team Shawn Hammonds flag.
Russ' Journey as a Ronin with Team Shawn Hammonds, affords him the opportunity to work with multiple Team Shawn Hammonds gyms though out Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, and Tennessee.
Russ is a coach, team member, student, police detective and all around great guy!!
