Before the fight previews, the guys discuss the latest news outside the ring, including it looks like unified welterweight champ Errol Spence will be battling former WBA champ Keith Thurman early in 2023. Dan has more on the WBA and the WBC clearing the way for it to happen.
Also, Dan has more on the Gervonta Davis January 7th undercard in Washington, D.C. and also Chris Eubank Jr. in England has a new opponent and January after Conor Benn tested positive for a PED to cancel their bout.
T.J. and Dan then preview the Jose Zepeda-Regis Prograis WBC junior welterweight title fight in Carson, CA. It's been a long time coming of over three years for both, since their last title shots.
Also, English heavyweight contender Dillian Whyte will be back headlining Saturday night against American fighter Jermaine Franklin. Dan has more interest than T.J. in this one.
Plus, their a separate card in London that has English super middleweight Zach Parker in action with fellow countryman John Ryder for the interim WBO title (that Canelo Alvarez guy has the main belt) in a 12 rounder.
