In January 2024, Sean "Diddy" Combs faced a $10 million lawsuit filed by Charles Kenyatta Jr., also known as Charlie Cee, an inmate at New York's Collins Correctional Facility. Kenyatta accused Diddy of trademark infringement and breach of contract, alleging unauthorized use of the phrase "Act Bad," which Kenyatta claimed to have trademarked.
