While our feelings on this performance are mixed, Nicole breathes life into parts of Lucy that were rarely seen by the public and does it flawlessly. In this 2021 film written and directed by Aaron Sorkin, Nicole plays Lucille Ball as she experiences personal and professional hurdles that jeopardize her career and her marriage.
