He takes us on a journey through his running career so far. He shares why he started running and how he eventuallky increased a three mile run to a 3100 mile run.
Mark shares his experiences running across the US, the highs and the lows and what kept him going through the tough times.
He also speaks on his run across Australia and all of the hardships on that run (listen intently to this part!)
Furthermore, he share his plans to complete his run across Europe and what is to come after that!
Mark is a fundraiser and has raised,so far, in excess of £300,000, with goals to make it to half a million!
