Do you set goals within your business, do you drive towards those goals, and do you measure your goals? People set goals within businesses but they forget to either put the projects in place to achieve that goal and/or they forget to measure it. So it just becomes a ‘fluffy goal’ and we don’t want that within our business. So let’s have a rethink about how you set goals, how you hold yourself accountable for those goals, and how you drive your business forward using those goals.
