A lot of business owners are running their business like they're a CEO. There's nothing wrong with being a CEO, but if you're not making over a million dollars a year, you're not a CEO, you're an entrepreneur. A CEO focuses on processes and scaling while an entrepreneur focuses on sales, sales, sales. And to get to that million dollar mark, you're going to need more sales.
