For a long time, we have been meaning to talk about this from our perspectives and experiences and coincidentally, when we got around to it, the timing was just right. We just had a very emotional and open conversation about mental health and we hope that someone else, even if just one person, will listen to this and get some kind of respite, however little, and maybe find the courage to speak to someone about their experience. We split the recording into 2 parts and we'll put up the second part soon, so stay tuned.
