Pam Dibbs is an entrepreneur, keynote speaker, executive and team coach.

She coaches senior executives and teams partnering with organisations including Microsoft, Costco Wholesale, Boeing, Alaska Airlines, Avanade and Redfin. As a speaker, Pam uses stand-up comedy revealing wry insights about how leaders and teams get in their own way and what they can do to accelerate their impact.

Pam is also the President and co-founder of an aviation photography and consultancy company. Over the last 25 years they have published 22 books. Clients include Virgin Atlantic Airways, Netflix, British Airways, Gulfstream, The US Air Force and The Smithsonian Institute.

Pam has extensive training including NeuroLeadership, Neuro-Linguistic Programming and Brené Brown’s ground breaking work on courageous leadership and resiliency.
