Heath talks about volunteering at grassroots motorsport events, what it takes, what it means and how to do it.
My favourite quote of the episode is "If you're new to motorsport and you want to get involved in motorsport, this is probably the best way to do it. You haven't got to be jumping straight into competition. Go along to an event, watch an event, volunteer, because when you volunteer, you understand how the events work more. So if you then go to, to be a competitor, you actually have that experience and knowledge of being an official."
