Your skin is your messenger - acne is as much a spiritual journey as it is a physical. For almost 5 years, I battled inflamed, cystic acne. I felt helpless and that there's no way out. Today, my skin is clear, healthy, and glowing & the most rewarding part is I healed myself naturally. In today's episode, I share with you my personal journey with acne, what has helped me heal, and all my tips and suggestions.   • Reflect on any recent experiences that may have triggered stress or anxiety, which could impact acne
  • Have I noticed any emotional patterns in my life that can connect to acne
  • Describe any recent compliments or positive interactions I've had that made me feel good about myself, regardless of acne.
  • What are my current self-care practices, and how do they contribute to my overall well-being, including my skin health?
  • Reflect on any negative self-talk or beliefs related to my acne. How can I challenge or reframe these thoughts?
  • Reflect on moments when I've felt most confident and comfortable in my skin. What factors contributed to those feelings?
