A home inspection can provide you with information that may not be included on the disclosure form
A disclosure form is a legal requirement in Maryland and it is completed with the seller when the listing agents takes the listing, they must upload disclosure forms into the MLS system for all agents to see
The disclosure form gives the seller an opportunity to truthfully expose any latent defects such as
- Asbestos

- Cracks
- Lead paint
- Broken appliances
The home inspector checks the roof, exterior, interior, foundation, basement, fireplace, attic, insulation, ventilation, doors, windows, heating system, cooling system, plumbing system, and electrical system
