How do you chart your career trajectory in a country and a culture you weren’t born in?

As teams and organizations become global, how can you truly deal with differences, and build multicultural teams?

We continue our People & HR series with a focus on embracing diverse teams, people from various cultures and building trust and dealing with difference within global teams.

Our guest Jill Sheldekar is an intercultural practitioner and has been helping individuals and organizations develop cultural intelligence for nearly a decade. A certified cultural facilitator and trainer, Jill has worked with the Australian Admin Serivices in Melbourne, ICQ Global in the UK, and is currently founder director at Ethnosynth, a coaching and leadership development organization based in Pune supporting companies to build culturally diverse work environments.
