My conversation today is with my good friend Kyle Mercer who talks to me about the power of what he calls the "want for us."

As opposed to asking ourselves in a relationship what I want or what you want, there's a lot more harmony and connection possible when together, we think about what's the want for us, and what kind of decisions we would be making in honor of that want.
