รู้หรือไม่ว่าปัญหาที่แพทย์ในโรงพยาบาลรัฐในต่างจังหวัดมักเจอคือการที่ผู้ป่วยโดยเฉพาะผู้ป่วยสูงอายุ ลืมนำใบตรวจและยาไปพบแพทย์ ผลที่ตามมาคือการที่แพทย์ต้องหาข้อมูลเพิ่มเติมจากญาติหรือพยายามให้ผู้ป่วยประมาณการซึ่งเป็นข้อมูลที่ไม่ถูกต้องเสมอไปและอาจทำให้การรักษาล่าช้าลง
