Because so many of you ladies ask me about sleep issues and things that you can do to help with it, I decided to bring on a guest that deals with sleep issues as well as the gut and as a triple whammy COVID 19 Long Hauler Syndrome.


My guest today is Dr. Serena Satcher and I had the great honor to sit down with her and talk about these three things in today’s episode.

Gut health: how the gut microbiome relates to sleep


Can having a hormonal imbalance lead to insomnia

What are some natural environmental things that women can do to improve their sleep


And lastly we round out the show with what are some supplements you can use to help with sleep- always talk to your medical provider when adding any supplements into your regime to make sure they are right for you.
