Very excited to talk to Natalie Hawkrigg, the ladies Winter Frog Graham Round (and summer FG!) record holder, having completed her wintery run and swim of 40+ miles with 4,800m ascent and 4 swims across the Lake District in 15 hours 46 minutes in December 2022. So many questions for her, including her training, logistics, nutrition, cold water, biosecurity, high points, low points and recovery.

Natalie (and her friend Clare Regan) are also the first to create AND complete the FrogMan - a Bob Graham PLUS 4 swims, so I’ll be asking if a winter FrogMan will now be on the cards…
