This is Tony Dahlman, editor-in-chief of #TKDFairFood. For the last eight years I have been reviewing fair foods at the Minnesota State Fair. For the past several years I have been trying all of that year’s new foods and giving a purple, blue, red, or white ribbon. For the 2021 Minnesota State Fair, I am going to bring you a daily podcast during all 12 days of the Great Minnesota Get Together introducing the #TKDFairFood Food of the Day and sharing the inner workings of TKD Fair Food.
