Have you ever thought about fear and what it does to your brain? Don’t get me wrong, fear serves as a benefit, especially when our ancestors relied on it to stay alive. But for us it’s a little different.

The things we may perceive as threats(getting pulled over, being late for work) can sometimes be daily for us. How do we cope with the daily stressors of life without staying in a constant state of fear?

I share with you a breakdown of fear, and tips on better managing our fear in this episode.
