Luke is not one of the Apostles, neither as far as we can tell is he amongst the first believers in Jerusalem. He appears relatively speaking quite late in the Biblical account of the spread of the Gospel and the growth of the church. And yet he has a significant role in the writing of the Bible, he pens both the Gospel which bears his name and the book of Acts, and he goes to some trouble to make sure what he is writing is accurate so that we can be certain of what we have learned.
The information we have of Luke is surprisingly sparse, yet we can learn so much from him.
Join us on Sunday at 10:30 when Julian considers what we can learn from him.
We prepare and upload content to be premiered on our Facebook page and YouTube Channel every Sunday at 10:30 am. We also extract the audio of the message and upload to our podcast stream.
