As an entrepreneur, leader, professional or business owner, do you struggle to build rapport and understanding with your staff? How about your management team and their direct reports?
Putting it another way, are you confident that your staff would say that you are great at engaging with them, feel you appreciate their worth, and that you are supporting them in the ways they need?
If not, then you may have to do some work here and I may have just the lady you need to give you food for thought, and up your game.
Today you can discover such things including:
1. If you feel aggression and anger, can you re-balance and turn your life around?
2. If there a benefit to owning up to ones mistakes?
3. How you can build rapport, with honesty, empathy, autonomy and reflection.
4. If narcissistic tenancies can ever be useful.
5. The benefits of meditations on the go.
ABOUT THE GUEST
Today’s guest, Wendy Nash, teaches the art of introspection; to navigate the emotional, physical and financially taxing process of building a business or career. Wendy believes the person who builds the company or team, determines whether they do well and observes that, whatever the manager isn't owning within themselves, is what gets played out at work. The more blind spots a person has, the less productive the workforce.
