Jennifer talks to Melanie-Sara Barugh DipHbA, MNHMA, Member of Doula UK. Melanie is trained in many holistic therapies and she works helping women to give birth as naturally as possible. Her work involves helping people with birthing and she has a passionate interest effect of birth including the psychological imprint that birth has upon them. Part of her work involves hypno birthing which enables women to give birth feeling relaxed which is better for both the mother and the baby.
