As the Founder and Principal of Ward & Company Real Estate, a real estate acquisitions company and Intuitive Management Partners, a Multifamily advisory firm, Whitney leads and defines company growth initiatives and expansion opportunities. Whitney’s role includes overseeing acquisitions & service contracts, capital markets, brokerage engagements and collaborating with strategic business partners for growth.
Prior to Intuitive Management Partners, Whitney spent eight years in corporate sales, management & marketing with Fortune 500 Company’s: Enterprise Holdings and The Coca-Cola Company. After her decade of corporate experience, Whitney shifted into Commercial Real Estate and began building her entrepreneurial career as an Investment Sales Broker for a National Brokerage Company. Using an expertise in corporate business, brokerage investment sales, and apartment operations, in 2019 Whitney launched Intuitive Management Partners to offer full-service real estate investment management solutions for multifamily investors.
Whitney has been recognized as an industry thought leader in the Multifamily sector and has shared her insights and knowledge at many industry conferences, as well as many real estate podcasts. Whitney is a graduate from George Mason University, where she earned a B.A. degree in Communications with a concentration in Public Relations from the College of Humanities and Social Sciences. While at Mason, Whitney was a Division I scholarship athlete for the Mason Women’s Basketball Program.
