This episode is for all you that are struggling to make time in your schedule for some well needed YOU time! WE ARE WORTH IT! We need to own our schedule, instead of allowing our schedule to own us! The only way we are going to change our mind, bodies & habits is to begin making time for ourselves.
In this episode I share with you 3 Ways in which we break down together and map out your week, so that you can take control, create more space for yourself and for family! So you can feel better, be better & feel more connected with the ones you love most while feeling present! When we can show up to feel our best, we show up best for the ones we love most! But don't forget, we all need grace! Each day won't look great, but when we show up each day to do our best, we are making progress and that over time is what allows us to change our life!
