The majority of our adult hours are spent in the workplace. What is one of the biggest contributors to unhappiness and dissatisfaction at work? Coworkers! The main reason employees leave a job is the degree of jerkiness of their supervisor. What’s more, coworkers might have a touch of narcissism, or emotional volatility or anger or dishonesty. Any of these lead to a more stressful and conflict-laden workplace. How do you spot these jerk-holes and how can you best deal with them?

Topics covered:

How do I deal with an angry or deceitful or attention-grabbing coworker?

What are some of the behaviors at work that lead to conflict, difficulty or disruption?

To what extent are people even aware of their problematic behaviors?

You break people down into personality types to help readers make sense of the jerks at work. What are a few of the problematic personalities at work?

What tells or clues should we look for to spot them early?

And what are some of the best tools or ideas to deal with these personality types?
