On the Interview: Chef Juvon @ChefJuvon who is a self-described Boujee Chef talks about his road to becoming a chef through Kidney Failure at a young age and going from asking " God why did you do this to me"? to asking "God how can you use me through this" ? He shares how when he first became a chef he couldn't even get clients to take a free meal from him. After balancing work and entrepreneurship for some time, he decided to go all-in on himself because at work whenever he would be himself the bosses would tell him to tone it down. This proved to be a turning point in his life where he explains why he is always his 100% authentic self, even when others may not like it.
