We all suffer from stress at some level and it is really important to have sufficient awareness to know that we need to do something about it! Here you will find some a really practical meditation with breathing, visualisation and an acupressure point that you can use as a short cut in those moments when closing your eyes and meditating for 10 minutes just isn't appropriate.
