This meditation takes you on a journey through the chakras to discover where any imbalances may lie and if the chakras have any messages for you! The chakras not only absorb energy but will give it out in weird and wonderful ways. When we start to communicate with the chakras it may take a little while to understand their language - it may be that a random word pops into your mind, or you may feel a tingle or pulse somewhere in your body. If you have chronic discomfort or pain then this might well be your chakras screaming for your attention!
