We all have them! Habits, behaviour patterns, cravings... And we know what they are and that they do not serve us. But how to let go of them?! This meditation will give you a really simple yet effective technique to start to release the patterns and habits that we don't seem to be able to shift.
New Year is traditionally a time to give stuff up but that rarely works - we let ourselves slide back and then have extra reason to berate ourselves! So don't try to "give up" anything, as you are setting yourself up for failure... Instead, use meditation to reset yourself and the bad habits will give themselves up!
Keep practicing this one! You are shifting big and long held habits and patterns and so you will need to keep "doing the work" but I promise it is worth it. Plus, once you have found your mantras you can use them anywhere, anytime...
