We all experience anxiety. Sometimes it is perfectly normal and to be expected but sometimes it is prolonged and extreme. Understanding our anxiety is the first step to being able to manage it and here, in this meditation, I will give you some basic knowledge of the physiology of anxiety. I also give you a super simple technique to ground yourself and bring yourself back into your body so that you can focus on the breath.
Breathing is the most simple way to hit the reset button on your anxiety - you are giving your nervous system a direct message that it can flip from being in the fight or flight (sympathetic nervous system mode) to being in the rest and digest (parasympathetic nervous system mode). Such is the power of your breath!

Such is the power of your breath!
