We can work in different ways with acceptance - self-acceptance, accepting others and being accepted by others. This meditation is focused on accepting others. We all come across people who hold different opinions, or who have made a mistake or whose behaviour has been difficult to understand and accept. This meditation will help you to begin to find acceptance for this type of situation. No-one said this was easy, or that it is a simple fix. This is where we need to "do the work"! I hope that this meditation will either help you in a situation you find yourself in or prepare you well for if you need to find acceptance for others.
