Habits that will Change your Life //How do I be productive? How do I stay motivated? How do I sustain positivity? I get these questions a lot as everyone wants to be happy, on the work front and the home front. In this video, you will learn some positive habits which will change your life and promote increased productivity and fulfilment. This video will show you how to find happiness in work and life by showing you how to design your life for balance and the habits and behaviours of the world’s top performers and most successful people.
Find Work That Matters to You – Find meaning in your work. Is what you are doing allowing you to express your gifts and talents? If not, can you switch to something else? Push yourself to live the reality that fulfills you in the way you would like.

Morning Routine – Set your day up for success. Within a single hour in the morning, take time to read, exercise, visualize how the best version of you would show up for the day ahead, practice affirmations, and meditate.

Evening Routine – Reduce artificial light one hour before bedtime to increase melatonin before sleep. Turn off electronics to get a more restful deeper sleep.

Declutter Your Life – What are the things that you need to be focusing on rather than trying to do it all at once? Do smaller more finite things that make more of a difference in your life.

Focus on The Small Things – Small habits done consistently over time will lead to great results. If you are doing small daily habits over a long period of time, you will get transformative results.
