About Jan van der Hoop: Jan is president and co-founder of Fit First Technologies, a company that is revolutionizing the process of matching talent with opportunity. His views have been featured in media across the country including the National Post, the Globe and Mail, CTV News and various small business publications.

Jan began his corporate career in Operations and ‘accidentally’ found himself in a string of senior HR roles at Hilton International Hotels, PepsiCo and Office Depot. He left Corporate after 15 years to build a leadership development and coaching organization that worked with companies to build their organizational capacity, grow their people and improve their financial results.
