Have you ever filled out a survey or attended a focus group - providing lots of ideas and feedback - only to notice that nothing ever came of it? Me, too. :) In this discussion, my guest and I discuss how to use feedback data to move from a performance management culture that feels like something “done to you,” into one that is a “team sport” - a partnership.
My guest is Lynda Keating. Lynda Keating is a senior HR leader with extensive experience in Organizational Culture, Organizational Development and Effectiveness, Leadership Development, Learning Systems, Recruitment Strategy and International Consulting. Her experience has been gained in the retail, financial, manufacturing and telecommunications sectors with additional consulting experience in pharmaceuticals, mining and government.
Over the past 10 years, Lynda has worked with clients around the world.
Lynda is currently VP, Chief Talent Officer at Aviso Wealth and has held Vice Presidential roles in two of Canada’s other preeminent financial institutions, CIBC and Fidelity Investments, where she led multidisciplinary teams of professionals across Canada and North America. Her focus is the development and retention of key talent, working with senior leaders to translate strategy into practical and effective solutions.
