As the Chief People Officer, Tara oversees ATB’s human resources and team member programs, change management, and internal communications. With a significant tenure in the banking and insurance industries, Tara brings a wealth of leadership experience in human resources and talent development to the People & Culture team at ATB.

Before ATB, Tara was the Global Head of Leadership & Organizational Effectiveness for Manulife where she developed and oversaw initiatives such as global HR practices, learning, culture, change management and employee experience. Prior to Manulife, she was the Head of Enterprise Business Engagement and Implementation for Global HR at CIBC.
