Be polite, Be professional, but have a plan to not give a fuck.
The root cause of this ridicule is always the same. Weak ass bitches with low self esteem
o So why do you give a fuck what they think?
Define your fucks, and give them up sparingly
Fucks = TIME, ENERGY, AND MONEY, AKA your RESOURCES
Giving a fuck about everything is emotionally equal to consumer credit card debt.
How do you get out of debt? Quit spending money you don’t have on shit you don’t need.
How do you get out of fuck debt? Quit giving fucks you don’t have about shit that don’t matter to you.
Find what actually matters to you and focus your fucks there.
o What are your goals
o What are your values
o What are your passions
o What are your obligations
o We often feel that we are obligated to do things based on a circumstance
o We feel obligated based on guilt
You DO NOT have to be a dick to not give a fuck.
Be polite, be compassionate and have a plan to not give a fuck.
No thank you, I don’t have time, I don’t have the money, I don’t want to.
o Quit being sorry, it makes you a sorry ass fucker,
o By default we get roped into doing what other people want or expect from us.
o We put our needs and want on the back burner to please others and that can never truly make us happy or fulfilled.
There is an undeniable freedom to living life on your own terms and telling the rest of the world to go get fucked.
o You don’t have to be a dick to tell some one no. Just be polite. But be thinking (fuck off I have more important shit to do.
o No one is trying to get you to commit to their shit, to improve YOUR life.
EVERYONE ELSE SUCKS AT LIVING YOUR LIFE, SO DON’T ASK THEM TO.
THEIR EXPERIENCE + THEIR VALUES + THEIR INSECURITIES + THEIR FEARS (– YOU) = THEIR OPINION
o Free will scares people. They don’t know how to process it.
o Jump in mud puddles
o Don’t change your opinion unless you actually change your mind
o Not to meet others opinion
o Not to disagree with others opinion
o When new facts present themselves
o When your perspective changes
o Don’t engage in one up behavior
o Completion should be saved for competitions
o Not everything is a competition unless you are insecure as fuck

o Trust yourself to make decisions
o Stop judging other people
