It's the end of the world as we know it and that's not totally a bad thing. This Covid 19 pandemic is everywhere and there is no escaping the constant bombardment on the TV, in the news, online and anywhere that you consume information. We all know that the rules are changing daily and the ways of staying safe seem to be in a constant state of evolution. The country is shut down but soon we will emerge as a new, stronger people in a world that has evolved from the one that we left. Listen in to see how we can take the good and leave the bad as we evolve and move through this crisis together. There is no returning to normal but now is the time to start defining your new normal and developing your habits for when we all come out the other side, stronger, more resilient, and more compassionate than ever before.
