In today’s episode, we’re going to talk all about morning routines and waking up before your kids-if you should, if you shouldn’t, all the ins and outs of HOW to realistically make this happen (even if you’re not sleeping through the night #momlife), and how to build a morning routine that actually SERVES you in the season you’re in.

I know that you’ve probably heard a thousand people recommend waking up before your kids, but you just haven’t been able to actually jump in and commit. You really want to build a morning routine that leaves a little time for you to have a minute to breathe and start the day on your own pace, but you aren’t sleeping through the night because you still have a baby or toddler (or both!) that wakes up and needs you and you’re tired of setting the alarm every day just to hit snooze 10 times and start the day feeling like a failure AGAIN for not getting up when you wanted to. We’re going to walk through exactly how to set up a morning routine that helps you to be more productive in your days as a busy stay at home mom balancing so many things. If you want to create more routine in your days and implement rhythms to help you navigate balancing motherhood, homemaking, and work, I know this episode is for you!
