As Real estate agents we sometimes try and appeal to everyone all the time. This typically causes us to struggle with consistency in our marketing, leading to poor results. We'll start by discussing why it's important to target clients you will enjoy working with, and then take you through a step-by-step guide to creating an avatar that is specific and well-defined. We'll also show you how to align your marketing with your avatar and make sure every marketing decision you make serves your target audience. Once you become consistent with your content you will find that your content appeals to all audiences, some resonate with 1 thing you say some will resonate with all of it. The point is if you have an audience in mind you can deliver the content as if you were talking to them, this will help with clarity, when you are clear you appeal to more people (not just the target audience) and your business can thrive, but your target audience likes it too!
