We're just under one week away from the non-essential retail and restaurants with outdoor space being reopened. There's massive pent up demand and people can't wait to get out there. Most restaurants are booked for the first few weeks and stores are expecting massive spikes - but what happens a month from now? Will they still be busy or will things die down?
This week we're talking about how stores and hospitality can make sure that once the spike dies down, they're still busy and providing a great experience for their customers.
