So many amazing businesses are built on referrals. You provide a great service, experience of product, people love it and they tell their friends and your business grows. Simple. Until the referrals stop. Then it's time to start a new business or marketing campaign, except by then it's already a bit too late. Tables are empty, tills aren't ringing and the order book is looking a little sparse. This week we're discussing why so many businesses leave it too late to and rely too heavily on referrals for their new business.
