Hey there, friends! Welcome and thank your for joining me in this meditation episode of Illuminating the Shadow. This meditation practice builds upon the foundation we laying in the last several episodes (Episodes 13-15) of Illuminating the Shadow, in which we discussed BOUNDARIES. I wrote this mediation episode in an effort to cultivate a safe and nurturing space that aims to support you in your own personal journeys in shadow work through self-awareness & radical self-acceptance. It is my most heartfelt intention that this mediation supports you as we work to integrate some of this work on boundaries.
