On today’s mini episode Kristin talks 5 things you should add to your week to make sure you are fitting in activities that will help you feel less stressed, more fulfilled and content with your week. She talks about making time for connections- both in our personal lives and business lives, the importance of stepping away from our regular admin and daily work to do a creative activity, why we need to schedule in self-care time to destress and care for our minds and bodies. She also dives into why we need to step away from our digital devices and computers to find time for calm activities that will allow our minds and nervous systems to take a break and why we should celebrate and cheers our small accomplishments, wins and improvements each week.
In order to do work we love, build a profitable business and design a schedule that works for us and our families- we need to be intentional about what we schedule into our weeks and we need to be aware if we are working too much which we can't maintain for long- it's about remembering what is important to us in this season and making sure those things and people don't come last.
Let's be more productive and intentional but in less hours- let's focus on the things that have the most impact and feel easy but grow our efforts and make our clients happy.
