This week on Unleashing Greatness, Bob welcomes Dan Holguin, an ultra athlete and fitness coach, writer, transformational speaker, and entrepreneur. Dan has quite a story to tell. Before coaching high performers around the world and competing on NBC's American Ninja Warrior, he was deeply lost after finding his longtime coach/mentor lifeless in bed. That was probably the darkest moment in his life. He hit rock bottom. Then a friend presented him with an opportunity to regain control of his life, and in that moment, Dan took a leap of faith and massive action to make a change for the better.

He started trail running, eating better, smiling more, and found peace while spending time in Montana's Glacier National Park. Dan did more than bounce back. He built a wildly successful fitness coaching business helping people regain balance in their health and lifestyle by focusing on eight key elements which he outlines in his book Peak Performance Past 30.
