I took last week off for a quick mental health break. This week's episode I talk about some key lifestyle changes, that was inspired by my wife. The untimely passing of Michael K. Then we talk about the hilarious video of a young lady trying to escape a store theft she just committed, only to have her getaway driver, keep the doors locked, and drive off. Next I cover the real reason you run late. After that I discuss gaming as a form of meditation. Finally we discuss the amazing website called Reddit, and how Texas is the new Florida.
