In episode 12 of the Prosperity after Prison Podcast, we welcome our guest LaToya Shelton, an ex-offender and current employee at Underguard. Our host Kyle Hannah and LaToya dive into LaToya’s upbringing, her two convictions, and her journey from incarceration to now being on track to reaching her exciting goals.
LaToya’s story inspires ex-offenders and the incarcerated population to be relentless in reaching for their own goals. She encourages everyone to define what they’re aiming for clearly and that you can be optimistic as there are opportunities for ex-offenders. She was determined to succeed after her second conviction, and now two months after her release, she is working two jobs and even going back to school.
