Today is the last day of me looking at how you can re-evaluate your life and start to refocus on what is most important to you. We make resolutions in January and then it is so easy to get trapped back in our day-to-day lives and forget about the goals we set and what we hoped to achieve.
This week was all about taking a pause to see what will make us happy and to prioritize our lives with these practical tips. Here are all 10 including the four from today.
- Do more of what you love
- Surround yourself with others who want to be happy (positive people!)
- Set smaller personal goals
- Stay present
- Practice forgiveness
- Get in charge of your health
- Delegate!
- Learn from setbacks
- Focus on what’s most important to you
- Schedule downtime
